PROGRAM FEES FOR 1/2 DAY KINDERGARTEN AND EXTENDED DAY SHED

PROGRAM FEES FOR CHILDREN ENROLLED IN FULL DAY KINDERGARTEN WHO NEED BEFORE AND/OR AFTER SCHOOL CARE

BEFORE SCHOOL: 7:00 AM - 8:45 AM
(The Before School programs are located at each elementary school)

AFTER SCHOOL: 2:45 PM - 6:00 PM

* to figure hourly rate: multiply monthly rate by 10 months, divide by 174 days,
divide by # of hours of care.

Registration Fee: $75.00 with pre-registration form. Fee is non-refundable
(unless we don’t have space).

Bus Fees:

1 trip per day $60/month or $300 per half year

2 trips per day $80/month or $400 per half year

Non-refundable Faculty Fee: Due in August - equal to 1 month’s tuition (helps offset
some of the cost of maintaining our facilities)

In service, Kindergarten Screening, Parent Conference, Snow, and Vacation days are not
included in tuition. The cost is $60.00 per day.

Early Release Days:	$30 for the 12-3pm slot (if already paid for 3-6 pm)
	$60 for 12 – 6 if not a regularly scheduled day.

2 children enrolled: 10% discount off lower tuition rate and extra days.

Tuition is based on 174 days of school. The total cost is evenly divided over 10 months.
SHED does not bill - payment is expected on the first day of each month. A $30 late fee is assessed if payment is not received by the 15th of the month in which it is due.
2 payments (September tuition and Facility Fee) are due during August.

PROGRAM FEES

BEFORE SCHOOL: 7:00 AM - 8:45 AM

OLDER KIDS PROGRAM: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (grade 6 & 7)

Bus Fee:	$60/month for 3+ trips per week; $45/month for 2 or less trips per week.
Facility Fee:	Equal to 1 month tuition - payable by August 3rd, 2008 along with September tuition (both are non-refundable)
Vacation Weeks:	Sign up basis. $60.00 per day Late sign-up fees apply. Available to children enrolled in AM and PM Program ** The cost for special events, activities and field trips are included in fee
Early Release Days:	Sign up basis. $30 for 12-3 pm slot. $60 for 12–6 pm slot if not already scheduled for that day. Late sign-up fees apply.
Snow Days:	Drop off - open at 8:00 AM $60.00 per day ** Available to children enrolled in both the AM and PM programs
Delay Days:	Morning programs open at 8:00 AM $20 charge for the delay You will be charged the extra $20 even if you don’t come until 9:00 am on a delay day. Available to children enrolled in the AM prog. on that particular day
In-Service Days:	Sign up basis $60.00 per day Late sign-up fees apply. Available to children enrolled in both the AM and PM Programs ** The cost for special events, activities and field trips are included in fee
2 children enrolled:	10% discount off lower tuition rate, 10% off vacation/snow
Extra Before School Slot:	$15.00
Extra After School Slot:	$30.00

The September payment and the Facility Fee are due by August 3rd, 2008. Families who use ONLY the Before School Program are not responsible for the Facility Fee.
Be sure to sign up for extra days by the final sign up date; late sign-up fees will be applied.
Tuition payment is due on the first day of each month (October - June):
NO BILLS WILL BE SENT. $30 fee will be assessed if payment is not received by the 15th of the month it is due.

30 days notice must be given in writing to change a child’s schedule or to withdraw from the program.

SPRINGBOARD TO KINDERGARTEN PROGRAM FEES:

	Monday – Friday	8:30 AM – 1:00 PM	$668.00 per month
	4 days per week	8:30 AM – 1:00 PM	$550.00 per month

EXTENDED DAY OPTIONS (in addition to the morning session):
